From first inquiry to a full, well-routed week

New inquiries, family times, a suggested plan, and a Day/Week timeline that asks before it moves anything.

Leads

Every inquiry sits on one board. Website forms land in New, with a short label such as Parent A. Drag a card through Contacted, Eval scheduled, and Waitlist — or use Move. Calls, texts, emails, and notes are added with Add to log.

Availability

Families tick Morning, Afternoon, or After school, or set an exact time, from their portal. Exact windows show as a chip such as Only 4:00 to 4:45.
